Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A site owner may give a site tenant a notice to vacate a Part 4A site if the site tenant has used the Part 4A dwelling on the Part 4A site or permitted its use for any purpose that is illegal at common law or under an Act.
(2) The notice to vacate must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
