RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 493

There must be paid out of the Residential Tenancies Fund at the direction of the Director—

        (a)     any money authorised by or under this Act to be paid out of the Residential Tenancies Fund; and

        (ab)     any money to fund the establishment, funding, operation and administrative costs for, or associated with, the provision of dispute resolution services for prescribed disputes arising under this Act and the regulations made under this Act; and

        (b)     the costs of administration of this Act, other than Part 10.
