Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The residential rental provider may give the renter a notice to vacate rented premises if the renter fails to comply with a provision of the residential rental agreement relating to the payment of a bond.
(2) The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
