Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, appoint a director to be chairperson of the Board.
(2) The chairperson may resign that office by notice in writing signed by the chairperson and delivered to the Attorney-General.
