Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An applicant for leave to appeal under section 14A must file an application for leave to appeal within 28 days from the date of the judgment, order, determination or other decision which is the subject of appeal unless the Rules otherwise provide.
(2) Unless this Act, any other Act or the Rules otherwise provide, an application for leave to appeal is commenced by filing the application for leave to appeal.
