SUMMARY OFFENCES ACT 1966 - SECT 60A

Forfeiture of weapons or instruments

A court that convicts a person of an offence under section 24(2) may order that the weapon or instrument be forfeited to His Majesty and be sold or destroyed as specified in the order.
