Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any proceeding to which this Part applies must be heard in closed court, and all persons other than the parties to the proceedings and their legal representatives (if any) are to be excluded during the proceedings, except as otherwise directed by the court.
(2) The court may order any person to leave the courtroom or other place during the examination of a witness in the proceedings.
