SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 47B

A search warrant issued under section 47A ceases to have effect on the earliest of the following—

        (a)     on the expiry date specified in the warrant;

        (b)     if no expiry date is specified, at the end of the period of one month after its issue;

        (c)     when it is executed.
