SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 48
Time limit for prosecutions waived
Despite anything to the contrary in section 7(1) of the
Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , a proceeding for an offence under this Act may
be commenced at any time.
