Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The person who is the subject of the application is entitled to be represented by a legal practitioner at the hearing of the application.

(2) If the applicant for the order is a police officer, a police prosecutor may appear on behalf of the applicant.
(3) If the person who is the subject of the application has a guardian, the guardian has the right to appear at the hearing and make representations to the Court.
