Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person who has been given notice in accordance with section 81 or 82 may be heard in relation to the application for leave to appeal a decision to which this Part applies.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Supreme Court may direct that the person make written submissions or oral submissions.
