Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsWhere the Crown is an occupier or landlord of premises, the Crown shall, in its capacity as occupier or landlord of premises, owe the same duty to persons and property on the premises as it would owe if it were a subject, and shall be liable accordingly.
