Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In the case of Melbourne Water Corporation and each metropolitan water corporation, the Minister in consultation with the Treasurer must appoint a member of the board of directors appointed under section 95(1)(a) to be the chairperson of the water corporation.
(2) In the case of a non-metropolitan water corporation, the Minister must appoint a member of the board of directors appointed under section 95(1)(a) to be the chairperson of the water corporation.
