Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An Authority has power to do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with, or as incidental to, the performance of its functions, including any function delegated to it.
(2) No other provision of this Act that confers a power on an Authority limits subsection (1).
