(1) The Minister must ensure that an Authority is reimbursed by the State any amount waived by the Authority in accordance with section 283(3) or (3C).

(1A) The Commissioner of State Revenue may pay any amounts required to be reimbursed under subsection (1).

(2) An Authority must provide any information that
the Minister or the Minister administering Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994 or the Commissioner of State Revenue may require
for the purposes of subsection (1) or (1A).
