Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAll penalties imposed on a person in a proceeding for an offence against this Act or against any regulation or by-law made under this Act must, when recovered, be paid to and applied to the purposes of the Authority by or on behalf of whom the proceeding was brought.
