Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite anything to the contrary in any other Act, a document requiring authentication by an Authority may be sufficiently authenticated without the seal of the Authority if signed by the secretary of the Authority or by any other person authorised in writing by the Authority either generally or particularly to authenticate that document.
