Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to the regulations, the Drillers' Licensing Board may grant a driller's licence to an applicant entitling the applicant to use the method of drilling or bore construction endorsed on the licence.
(2) The Board must advise each applicant in writing of the outcome of the application and, if the application has been refused, must give the applicant the reasons for the refusal.
