Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Water Holder may employ any staff that are necessary for the Water Holder to perform its functions, powers or duties under this Act under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
(2) The Water Holder may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 or by an Authority or other public entity.
