Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Water Holder, by giving written notice to an Authority that has a waterway management district, may require the Authority to give the Water Holder any information relating to the application or use of water in the Water Holdings or other exercise of rights in the Water Holdings within the waterway management district of the Authority in accordance with a seasonal watering statement.
