Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Minister, on receiving an application under this Division from an owner or occupier of land, may grant to that person a registration that authorises the use of water, being water that is from a declared water system, for purposes other than the purpose of irrigation on the land owned or occupied by the person that is specified in the registration.
