WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 84F

    (1)     A Registrar of the water register must be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 for the purposes
of this Act.

    (2)     Any other employees that are necessary for the purposes of this Part may be employed under the Public Administration Act 2004 .
