Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite the amendment of this Act by Part 5 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Succession and Surrogacy) Act 2014 , Division 2 of Part 3 of this Act, as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 5 of that Act, continues to apply to an application or proceeding commenced under Division 2 of Part 3 before the amendment as if those amendments had not been made.
