Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf an employer or a worker is aggrieved by the action of a registered medical practitioner in giving or refusing to give a certificate of disablement for the purposes aforesaid or by the contents of any certificate given as aforesaid the matter shall in accordance with section 19A be referred to the County Court and the decision of the County Court shall be final.
