WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 301D

If ACCS considers it appropriate in the circumstances of the particular case, ACCS may, on application, allow—

        (a)     an extension of time for referring a dispute for arbitration; or

        (b)     a referral for arbitration of a dispute to be lodged out of time.
