WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 301J

A person must not, in connection with a dispute referred for arbitration, make a statement that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment or both;

    In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
