WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 301M

ACCS may adjourn the arbitration of a dispute—

        (a)     to allow a guardian to be appointed under the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019 for a party to the dispute; or

        (b)     for any other appropriate reason.
