WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 520

    (1)     The official seal of ACCS must—

        (a)     be kept in such custody as ACCS directs; and

        (b)     not be used except as authorised by ACCS.

    (2)     All courts must take judicial notice of the official seal of ACCS affixed to any document.
