Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Each year, on or before the date specified by the Minister, the Convenor must submit to the Minister a proposed annual budget for costs and expenses to enable the proper functioning of Medical Panels in connection with the operation of Division 3 of Part 6 and Division 2 of Part 12 for the coming financial year.
(2) The Minister must either approve the proposed budget or request that the proposed budget be amended.
