Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any document or copy of a document issuing out of the office of the Authority and bearing the written, stamped or printed signature of the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority or a delegate of the Authority or a person authorised by a delegate, is until the contrary is proved, to be taken to have been duly signed by the person by whom it purports to have been signed.
(2) Judicial notice is to be taken of a signature to which subsection (1) applies and of the fact that the person whose signature it purports to be holds or has held the office of Chief Executive Officer of the Authority or is or has been a delegate of the Authority or a person authorised by a delegate.
