WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 623M
Transitional provision—Workplace Safety Legislation Amendment (Workplace Manslaughter and Other Matters) Act 2019
On the day on which Part 3 of the Workplace Safety Legislation Amendment
(Workplace Manslaughter and Other Matters) Act 2019 comes into operation,
the Chief Executive Officer ceases to be a Director of the Board.
