WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 624
Transitional provision—Local Government Legislation Amendment (Rating and Other Matters) Act 2022
Section 40(1)(d), as amended by section 44 of the Local Government Legislation
Amendment (Rating and Other Matters) Act 2022 , applies to a claim for
compensation made on or after the commencement of that amendment.
New s. 625 inserted by No. 8/2024 s. 26.
