HERITAGE (UNDERWATER CULTURAL HERITAGE) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 22

For the purposes of Division 4 of Part 10 of the Act, the prescribed infringement penalties for an infringement offence referred to in regulation 21 are as follows—

        (a)     for an offence against regulation 8 or 9— 3 penalty units;

        (b)     for an offence against regulation 10— 6 penalty units;

        (c)     for an offence against regulation 11 or  13— 10 penalty units.
