Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application for review under section 78(a) of the Act must be made within 30 days after the responsible authority required the applicant to give notice under section 52(1)(d) or 57B of the Act.
(2) An application for review under section 78(b) of the Act must be made within 60 days after the responsible authority required the applicant to provide more information under section 54(1) of the Act.
