Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 8(3) of the Act by an occupational association for the approval by the Council of a scheme prepared by the occupational association or by the Council must be accompanied by a fee of $5000.
(2) An application under section 18(2) of the Act
by an occupational association for the approval by the Council of an
instrument amending or revoking a scheme must be accompanied by a fee of
$5000.
