ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 201

Stopping on a road with a bicycle parking sign

A driver (except the rider of a bicycle or an electric scooter) must not stop on a length of road to which a bicycle parking sign applies, unless the driver is dropping off, or picking up, passengers.

Penalty:     2 penalty units.
