ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 262I
Offence to consume intoxicating liquor while riding an electric scooter
A rider of an electric scooter must not consume intoxicating liquor while
riding the electric scooter on a road or road related area.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
