ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 52

Division does not apply to riders of bicycles or electric scooters or certain tram drivers

This Division does not apply to the rider of a bicycle or an electric scooter, or the driver of a tram that is not fitted with brake lights.

Note to rule 52 amended by S.R. No. 135/2021 rule 21(3).

Note

"Bicycle", electric scooter and tram are defined in the dictionary.
