SALE OF LAND (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—

        (a)     certain offences against the Sale of Land Act 1962 or regulations made under that Act as infringement offences; and

        (b)     infringement penalties for those prescribed infringement offences.
