ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 58 OF 2014) - SECT 10
Disclosure of information to persons born as a result of donor treatment procedure
In section 59 of the Principal Act—
(a) in paragraph (a)(ii)(B), for
"Registrar, in writing," substitute "Registrar under section 67A(3)";
(b) in paragraph (b)(ii) of the
Principal Act, for "between 1 July 1988
and" substitute "before".
