DELIVERING VICTORIAN INFRASTRUCTURE (PORT OF MELBOURNE LEASE TRANSACTION) ACT 2016 (NO. 10 OF 2016) - SECT 114
Standards and conditions of service and supply
(1) In section 55(2) of the Port Management
Act
1995 omit ", other than a power relating
to prescribed services referred to in
section 49(c)(iii)".
(2) Section 55(3), (4) and (5) of the
Port Management Act 1995 are repealed .
