DELIVERING VICTORIAN INFRASTRUCTURE (PORT OF MELBOURNE LEASE TRANSACTION) ACT 2016 (NO. 10 OF 2016) - SECT 92
New section 141EA inserted
After section 141E of the Transport Integration Act 2010 insert —
The Minister may, in writing, authorise the Port of Melbourne Corporation to
perform a function specified in section 141E(1)(a).".
