ENERGY LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2007 (NO. 55 OF 2007) - SECT 23
Insertion of new definition of AER into section 3
In section 3 of the Gas Industry Act 2001 after the definition of
"Access Code" insert —
""AER" means the Australian Energy Regulator established by section 44AE of
the Trade Practices Act;".
