GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 (NO. 13 OF 2019) - SECT 124

An administrator must notify VCAT in writing as soon as practicable after the administrator becomes aware that—

        (a)     the missing person is alive (either in Victoria or elsewhere); or

        (b)     the missing person has died.
