GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 (NO. 13 OF 2019) - SECT 168

This Part applies to—

        (a)     a guardianship order, a supportive guardianship order, an administration order or a supportive administration order made under a corresponding law of a participating State or Territory in relation to a person who—

              (i)     resides in the participating State or Territory and proposes entering Victoria; or

              (ii)     has property in Victoria; and

        (b)     an administration (missing person) order made under a corresponding law of a participating State or Territory in relation to a person who has property in Victoria.
