GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 (NO. 13 OF 2019) - SECT 218

After clause 37 in Part 9 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 insert —

        " 37A     Access to documents

    (1)     A person may make an application to the principal registrar that any documents lodged in relation to a proceeding under the  Guardianship and Administration Act 2019 not be disclosed to a specified person or class of persons.

    (2)     The principal registrar must determine an application under subclause (1) fairly and according to the merits of the application.".
