Part 11 and Schedule 1 are repealed on
1 March 2021.

Note

The repeal of Part 11 and Schedule 1 does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by that Part or the Schedule (see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ).
