Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An administrator must keep the administrator's property separate from the represented person's property.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to property owned jointly by the administrator and the represented person.
(3) Subsection (1) does not affect any other obligation imposed by law.
