HEALTH SERVICES (GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY) ACT 2004 (NO 52 OF 2004) - SECT 49
New section 157H inserted
After section 157G of the Principal Act insert —
"157H. Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction
It is the intention of sections 243 and 270 to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975 .".
