LIQUOR AND GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 20 OF 2018) - SECT 38

    (1)     In section 6A.3.7A(1) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 —

        (a)     omit "a registration of interest or"; and

        (b)     omit "registration of interest or".

    (2)     In section 6A.3.7A(2) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 —

        (a)     omit "a registration of interest or";

        (b)     omit "registration of interest or" (where twice occurring).
